Diary | August favourites + wish list for September

Long time no blog. Well not that long but still I've been missing in action. I've just been so busy with school and university affairs. I did got to KJ's party on Friday night but I was stuck in school doing paper works till evening so I didn't have sufficient lighting for an outfit post before heading to his bqq (yeah bqq in da dark y not). The next day I went to AU open day but the whether was completely gloomy and grey. I didn't get the chance to take outfit shots then either because our schedule was so tight and by the time we were able to eat and shop, I really didn't have energy for photos especially knowing the lighting would be horrid. 

I have absolutely nothing to blog about as of right now so I've decided to post my August favourites/muse.

 Mum spoiled me a little.

I swear buy the Maybelline The Flasies! I buy the waterproof version to hold my curl.

I'm trying Wake Me Up by Rimmel for the first time and so far I really like it. It's not as shiny and Fit Me but it has about the same coverage. On days I'm feeling oily I will gravitate to Wake Me Up and on days I'm feeling dry I will gravitate to Fit me. I haven't used any of the other products consistently to have an opinion yet but feel free to ask me if you're curious.

 Cute way to eat Weet Bix, ice on nutella and pop on some bananas.

 One of the best place to see the sun set is Botany Junction.

 My all time favourite chips Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov and Dec.

Calbee tomato chips!!! The grocers always run out but I went on a lucky day.

 Marble everything! I DIY'ed my own phone case by cut out a marble picture in the shape of the back of my phone and placing it at the base of a clear phone case. Super easy, would courage all to invest in a clear case so you can use any design on want.

 I will never do the city lights justice! This was on the way to KJ's party.

 Watching The Breakfast Club and eating the chips (of course) and Sour Patches Soda pack.

 Tried Better Burgers for the first time and I highly recommend it!

 Saw a cute van and had Carl's Jr.

 Stupid Auckland weather. Not really a muse or favourite but what am I even suppose to do with these photos?

Saw a lovely little home ad received congratulation flowers! (Not for seeing a cute house tho)

Now time for the wish list.

I've been deciding between Birkenstock and some form of criss cross sandals. So far the criss cross sandals are winning but I'm still looking for ones that criss cross at the toes instead of the ankles, and preferable without ankle straps. However the ones I come across aren't very great looking because they're manufactured for popular retail stores that are looking to make quick dough on recent trends so they don't really make quality a priority. These Asos ones were the closest things I found, even though they don't criss at the toes...and have ankle straps...
