In the end, it's not going to matter how many breaths you took, but how many moments took your breath away

Hooray for early birthday presents! My family was never big on dates, I don't remember ever receiving a "birthday present" on the date of my actual birthday. It's the same with Christmas, though we're not big on Christmas either, we just get presents because it's the time of big sales. Back on topic, I got my birthday present early. A DSLR, finally, in the clasp of my hands and to call my own. You know what that calls for? A mirror shot with it:

Oh wow, I'm your typical photographer now! I kid. I'm still trying to figure out how to use the camera. I guess within time I'll improve. I've been shooting random things for the past few days, just trying to work out the functions and such. I haven't learnt much but a little is better than nothing.

As you can see, the images shows no difference so far to my normal photos with my point and shoot camera. Give me time, I'm trying my best to work this overpriced camera.
