Hi the lovelies! Today I had a meeting at school for my subjects. Sadly I am forced to drop art design as it clashes with my media studies class. A little annoyed but I guess when exams come, future-Seryna will be a little thankful.

A long time ago I saw a viral series from a famous photographer. It featured smoke-like ink. I admired it so much. Recently while I was painting with my water colours, I noticed when I dip my brush in water, the paint had a similar effect to what I saw in his work. It's not as vibrant as the ink because...well it's not ink but I thought I'd give it a go in the bath tub. While on the monitor of the camera I hadn't noticed how much shadow was picked up. I suppose it's because I was shooting it horizontally while the photographer would have had a tank like container to shoot vertically, thus having so shadows.

If I were to do it again I would experiment with flash.

I know I've changed my gallery three times now but I have reasons. I first picked tumblr because as we all know, it has the best gallery themes but I hated having two blogs on my dash as I had a primary tumblr account (c'mon I'm a teenager girl, I need to reblog puppies and clothes). Having that annoyance in mind, I ditched the blog and moved to blogspot but the theme proved to be a huge hassle and it's a lot harder trying to get a wide audience. Now I'm back on tumblr and decided to delete my primary tumblr account and just oggle at pretty pictures on my dash without having to reblog them. I know last time I said I was sure I'd stick with blogspot for my gallery but...I think I really will stick to tumblr for my gallery.

On a different note, outfit of the day! Soak it up as school is starting tomorrow and this blog will see less and less outfit posts dued to school uniforms and all.
